Parks and Recreation intro/theme
Hey. I had a quick question on what would be the precise method in duplicating the effect that you see in the NBC comedy "Parks and Recreation." Do you think it was possibly done in After Effects or can it be simply done in any non-linear editing system? I'm posting a link to the intro below. All input is greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help.

I believe it can be done in a non-linear editing software like Adobe Premiere, but it`s much easier to do in After Effects

I once made a video with a similar effect (YouTube - Air National Guard MRU promo). I did it in After Effects, but nothing was too complex. In a pinch, I'm sure I could do it in Vegas with Event Pan/Crop.
