Driving me nuts!
I am pulling my hair out. In After Effects CS4 my timeline is shown in frames, and I want to change it to show actual time. I am doing training classes at Lynda.com and somehow, somewhere something changed and it's driving me nuts. I have searched this for hours and it seems like it should be an easy fix, like change frames to seconds somewhere, but I can't find it. HELP!
Some posts said zooming changes this, but it doesn't for me. Others have written to change the project settings, but I don't see that as a choice. I know it does it somehow because on the tutorials it's in seconds, and I have frames. Any help would GREATLY be appreciated! |

David, in the Composition window, there is a current time viewer. There is also one in the timeline (orange). Command+click (PC: Control+click) this to cycle through timecode/feet+frames/frames.
