after effects slow mow?
I shoot with the ex3, if I over crank some video, can I make it even slower in after effects, without too much ghosting, or studdering? I am looking for to double to speed (an effect of say, 120fps) but if I slow it down too much in vegas, it just looks bad.
I dont have after effects, so I am just searching for an option at the moment. |

It'll always look stuttery 'cos you're just doubling up the frames, even with good interpolation in between it's never that great.

Are you overcranking, so that the slowmow looks decent at NTSC framerate, or are you using a custom frame output??
Are you using AE or Vegas? |

Can it be a coincidence that this question is coming up so much lately?

thanks for the replies.
currently, I am just overcranking to 60fps within the cam, and slowing down a little bit more in vegas, using the velocity envelope. thanks for the link to the other thread, I am going to check out twixtor, it looks pretty interesting. |
