Retouching Dust in After Effects

All,

recently I photographed time-lapse sequence and then noticed dust in all frames. I wonder if people would know effective way of retouching this in After Effects in CS4.

Just use the rubber stamp tool in after effects (I have CS3) you can choose constant from the drop down menu, option click next to the dust, then click to stamp that part of the video on top of the dust. Some times that does the trick.
