Does any plug-in for this?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IWJJBwKhvp4&NR=1
Just at the beginning of it ,there is a 'video mode' on the screen which looks like watching DV LCD screen directly. Is there any plug-in for After Effects to add it on screen? thanks. |

You don't need plugins for this FX.
You can make the artwork in Illustrator, or Photoshop. Jon |

There is a way to do it in After Effects, and fortunately, it's pretty easy.
Lay out your video on the timeline, then apply the Venetian Blinds effect: Effects...Transition... Venetian Blinds In the Effect Control window: -Set your Direction to 90 degrees -Set your Width to something small, between 4 and 7 -Set Feathering to 2.0 or something similar Now go up to Transition completion, and start increasing the number from 0 to 50. You'll see the effect almost immediately. I'm sure you can figure out how to tweak it from there. It's a pretty cool effect, and I've used it to simulate images coming from an old TV tube. |

Any time, Jamie!
And yes, Motion 3 is for Mac only. I think it comes bundled with Final Cut Studio. |
