How'd they do that?

Hey guys,

There is an effect in the Digital Juice video below that I really like, and I'm not sure how it is done and thought I would ask to see if anyone knew how the effect is created.

Basically the effect I am talking about is the "garbled" or "scratchy" video that is sort of a transition between shots. It looks like there are white flashes in this effect as well.

Any insight would greatly be appreciated! Thanks!

I don't evne think that's FX.

It's just fast editing with white flashes and frames that simulate jerky motion between shots, as well as maybe some overexposing. Since I can't pause the video, it's hard to say more.

Anyway, the point is... it's just jumpy editing. No complex FX, anyway.
