How can I output my separate left and right clip with Stereo3D Toolbox 2 at DVinfo.net

Hi,
I'm new to 3D,I had read the post "Stereo3D Toolbox with FCE".I edited my footage in FCP as Tim Dashwood's suggest.
But now,I have a problem.I used Stereo3D Toolbox 2 to just some clip,like convergence,so on .How can I output my separate left and right clip with Stereo3D Toolbox 2 after adjustment? And how side by side format?
Any help will be regarded.Thanks in advance.

There is an option of outputting "Left Eye Only" and "Right Eye Only", as well as "Side by Side". That is what I use.

Excuse my poor english.I mean I want to render my left and right clip after adjustment.
