Stereo 3D toolbox - back to 1.1
I've installed the V2 Beta but I'm working on a project and the complexities of V2 are way too much to learn quickly. How do I get back to V1.1? At NAB, Tim showed that the V2 and V1.1 could live together but it looks like installing V2 Beta wiped out V1.1.
Love the program, don't have time right now to understand all the changes. |

Hi Bruce,
We don't want anyone to use any beta version on a real job because aspects of the UI are in flux and being improved during the beta phase. In fact I'm getting ready for another beta release in a couple of days. The beta versions of LE and 2.0 should not overwrite your original v1.1 and they should show up in separate folders in your effects list. You can double-check by looking at your Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Noise Industries folder. You should see "Dashwood Cinema Solutions Stereo3D Toolbox" (v1.1) and "Dashwood Stereo3D Toolbox 2.0" If the original is missing then simply re-install FxFactory 2.1.5.

Thanks Tim, I was trying to get back to V1.1 by re-installing an earlier version of FXFactory and it was causing problems. I'm back to V1.1 now with the link you posted.
I'm looking fwd to the new version, but for now I'm sticking with what I know for the duration of the current project. |
