Tinny audio out the HDMI out
Latest Odyssey 7Q+ firmware results in tinny low-resolution audio out the HDMI out port. The port also produces red artifacts in certain resolutions. 720p and 1080i were some examples of the HDMI output being faulty. 1080p30 works fine.

Re: Tinny audio out the HDMI out
Dear Jack,
As soon as practical, our support team will check this out. I do know of one case where the HDMI audio output was tinny, and this was traced to a defective chip. If you will go to our website, Convergent Design, then click on Support, then scroll down to Support Tickets, you will be able to enter a support ticket and our support staff will work with you to resolve this issue. We may need to repair your unit. Respectfully,

Re: Tinny audio out the HDMI out
The device is registered to a friend (I have joint access to the device) and he owns the Convergent Design account. I'll have to check in with him.
