Will the 7Q+ record 1080P120 from A7sII?

I just ordered my new Sony A7sII
Will the Odyssey fully support 1080P120?
I want to record our Bowling for high detailed slow mo playback to analyze our swings.
Also, how will the 7Q+ handle the 14 bit output?

Dear Roger,

We will attempt to fully support the Sony a7SII camera, if possible.

We need to study its capabilities and see what we can accomplish.

We have the processing power to record 1080p120, but we have to determine if we can accept this signal over HDMI.

I will research the 14-Bit output.

Respectfully,

The Odyssey is very important to me because the A7sII will record less than 30 minutes.

Also not sure about the new Sony codec as even ProRes LT (seemed to me) was superior to anything I could record internally with the A7s.

The A7S II is 8-bit HDMI, not 14.

Gary I hope you are wrong.

What I read was "Bit depth 14 bit", but could that be in-camera stills?

Compare Sony a7S II vs Sony a7S | B&H Photo

Another thing that is unclear is whether the new HDMI port is 1.4 or 2.0, but at least they now have a cable protector.

That's correct. All video from the A7S II is 8-bit only.
