What happened to Convergent Design reps?
Maybe I've missed it but they all seem to have disappeared, I sent support a question about a month ago and haven't received a response yet. I haven't seen a response on this forum in a while either. I know they were moving offices but it's very fristrating having no idea of what's happening and what is going on with the 7q. At this point I'm wishing I had not purchased the 7q instead of hoping that the promised features will someday be delivered.

Why don't you try calling them. Their doors are still open.

Down for me too. Doesn't bode well. I really want to root for these guys but it seems like they keep dropping the ball.

Re: What happened to Convergent Design reps?
Could this be related to their office move?

They moved in April. I talked to CD today. They said they were working on the website. I can access it here in Las Vegas. Other people are still having problems. |

Re: What happened to Convergent Design reps?
Looks like a DNS problem.
Unfortunately these things happen. I am contacting Dan about the problem.

Re: What happened to Convergent Design reps?
Dear Friends,
We switched over to our new website yesterday, 7/18/14, but the DNS redirection to our new website is not working at this time. We do hope to have this fixed today. You may go directly to our new website: www.Odyssey7Q.com Also, our team has been very busy with the following: The launch of the new website. The launch of the Odyssey7. We start started shipping last week. And we are shipping these in large quantities, our current backlog is expected to be fulfilled in August.) So, if you have ordered an Odyssey7, your dealer may have your unit relatively soon, of course, depending on when you ordered you unit. New firmware for the Odyssey7Q and the initial firmware for the Odyssey7. We will be making announcements about the new firmware today. And I have been traveling extensively, visiting our dealers in the United States. Support calls to our office (during regular business hours) are answered by our support team in Colorado Springs and they come to me if they are busy. And they have been, so I have been answering most of the support calls. Our main number is: seven two zero ---- two two one ---- three eight six one My direct line is seven one nine ---- nine three zero --- one three seven six I attempt to answer this phone number 24/7 every day of the year. I expect, and hope, that I will be able to return to answering posts on DVInfo.net promptly. Respectfully,
