has anyone found a place to buy mini to mini hdmi?

You can find adapters from ebay for about a dollar postage included.

Remind that they also can come in the worst quality. If you think to go above 1,5G then look for the best

Bought a micro HDMI to HDMI 1,5 meter for my GH4 and 4K monitort - cable seems to be too long as there are spikes in the picture.

Dear Friends,
I do not recommend the use of adapters to convert full size (Type A) HDMI to mini (Type C) HDMI. We have had problems were adapters did not work, but a quality, purpose designed cable worked fine, I hope this helps. Respectfully,
