Flashing green bar
When I connect the SDI out (A or B) I get a flashing dark green bar in the top of the lower third.
When using the SDI mon out of the cam (F3) everything is ok. I tried 1,5G 422/ 1,5G dual 444 / 3G single. input no difference When I change connection and it starts up is is good for about 5 seconds, then the bar appears. The monitor I use on this steadicam rig is a transvideo Cinemonitor HD Evolution and accepts all formats. I states 1080psf as format, as expected. Any Ideas? Re: Flashing green bar
Dear Ron,
Please press the Icon in the upper left hand corner, so that it is green. (This Icon looks like a Sun). This exposes a menu system. Please press Outputs Then press Record Tally The press Off. Background: If your Record Tally is on: You will get a green bar on the HD-SDI outputs indicating that the Odyssey7Q is ready to record. If you remove your SSD's, then the unit will not be ready to record, and the green bar will disappear. If you are recording, the bar will be Red. Thus, if you turn off the Record Tally function, you will not see any of these bars on the outputs. Respectfully,

Re: Flashing green bar
Thanks
As the rest is so intuitive, I didn't bother reading the manual :-) |
