Error code: "Lost SRC 04 2D" at DVinfo.net

I received an error using the Nano Flash "Lost SRC 04 2D". I was feeding the Nano Flash via a Sony PMW 200 using SDI. I know that lost src means that the unit lost the signal but I was wondering if the 04 2D part of the code means anything significant. I am concerned since this was the first time this particular unit was used and I was using a new 75 ohm SDI cable. Our organization has eleven Nano Flash units and I have been using them for two years. I have seen "lost SRC" before but not preceded by "04 2D." I appreciate any insight anyone may have.
