nanoFlash exFAT
Hi we own several nano flash units and was wondering if there are any plans to add support for the exFAT file system?

Re: nanoFlash exFAT
We'll have to wait till NAB to hear what else there is planned for the Nanoflash. exFAT is proprietary to Microsoft, so Convergent might have to get a license for it, and no guarantees a card formatted in that format would do proper wear-leveling.
However, I know XQD can accept UDF. In case a new product is coming to support XAVC recording to XQD cards, that would have a 43GB file limit rather than a 4GB file limit. As of current, I've not had problems stitching files together in my NLE. However, there is no MXF stitching tool that retains MXF format, instead it converts it to MOV. |

Re: nanoFlash exFAT
Dear Kenny,
At this time, we do not have support for ExFat on our roadmap for the nanoFlash, sorry.
