Last menu setting when re-booting nanoFlash at DVinfo.net

If I turn off the nanoFlash and turn on again, it will not boot with the last settings. (I must always load the correct menu from a CF card, which gets on my nerves)
It starts up with a setting that I have used at some point earlier. After a certain period, then it works.
But I can not see any logic, from which time it will start up with the correct setting.
Does anyone have an explanation?
What am I doing wrong?

I hope the problem has been described in a comprehensible.
