USB 3.0 - Recommended CF Card Readers?
Any recommendations for these? I'll be getting one of the new MacBook Pros, once I can assemble the readies, so might as well take advantage of USB 3.0 capabilities.

I have that one and it is indeed much faster than the USB2.0 readers. You do need cards that are fast to see any improvement. As an example Class10 SDHC are not much faster on the USB3.0 reader. My UDMA CF cards are smoking fast on it though.

Thanks all. I use Transcend 400x and G-Monster 533x (I think) 64GB cards.

Re: USB 3.0 - Recommended CF Card Readers?
I'd bought the Kingston USB3 multi-reader, and the DIT who was using it on the feature I recently shot was very happy with the throughput from it. (We used an EX1/NanoFlash for 'POV camera' footage, while the A camera was an F3/Gemini combo).
