I know you won't get this for a few days, but if anyone deserves a break you do. On behalf of all your clients thank you again for your world class support service. Now, if we can only get every other pro company we deal with to be as dedicated as Dan.....

There are not many companies that listen to user feedback this closely and follow up with great support.
