Quick Q about 4:2:0
Does the 320 record 4:2:0 footage? but with the NF attached it will allow 4:2:2
Does the pmw 500 record at 4:2:2 Thanks. |

Re: Quick Q about 4:2:0
Basically, Yes...
Internally to SxS cards the 320 tops out at 35mbps (420) while the 500 tops out at 50mbps (422) Both cameras output 422 live through HD-SDI, and the nanoflash can take this and record at 422 at even higher bit rates for better quality |

Re: Quick Q about 4:2:0
Dear Anthony,
Sorry, I was not able to answer earlier. The nanoFlash will record 4:2:2 from almost any HDMI or HD-SDI equipped camera. And almost all cameras cannot record, internally, at the quality level that the nanoFlash offers. In addition, the nanoFlash records using a very low noise codec.
