Re: nano 720p 24p
Dear Robin,
Yes, the nanoFlash can record 720p23.976 (23.98) and 720p24 from most cameras. The AF100 may be an exception since our detection of their 3:2 pulldown cadence does not work. There is also a problem in recording color bars with these frame rates as we can not detect the cadence.

Re: nano 720p 24p
Thanks Dan.. yes its all set up now.. has been about a year since I shot 720p.. and so now I leave prog rec un checked.. and go straight to remove 3-2 pull down .. from the 720p 59.. and I have 720p 23pd bottom of the Nano LCD..
And aware of the 24p thing.. I wonder if that should be a sticky on the forum.. I had had my nano a while and I guess hadnt ever shot 24p with it.. till a couple of years ago.. and it was a bit of a scare when I couldnt record bars at the start of the day.. I,d never heard or read about the 24p and bars thing.. till I posted the question after that incident.. maybe its better known now.. Thanks |
