NanoFlash Writing Files While Camera In Pause Mode
My nanoFlash has a bad habit of writing streams of very small (18Mb usually) files to the CF card while my XLH1 is in pause mode. Trigger of nanoFlash is via the camera record "button" (in reality either Lanc controller or wireless remote) with timecode to nanoFlash via dedicated cable.
Is it me or is it the equipment that causes this nuisance problem? Ron |

Re: NanoFlash Writing Files While Camera In Pause Mode
Dear Ron,
You are triggering the nanoFlash to record when the camera's timecode is incrementing. The XL H1, while in Pause will occassionally increment or decrement the timecode. To solve this, use Firmware 1.6.248, then set System|Timecode|Trigger Delay to 1.
