LBA progress error / codec errors
Our Nanoflash recorder worked flawless for one year. Yesterday we had problems to establish a SDI connection between an EX1 and the Nano. Something was wrong, the Timecode was jumping sometimes the Nano displayed No Src and the we had a connection.
We checked the recorded test footage directly. The Clip was full of block artefacts lines. After that we tried it again....then we only get "No Src" but the Timecode is running. But not smooth, kind of jumpy. Then we tried the newest Firmware, different Cards, different cables, different cameras....same. With the new firmware we got some error codes: First: LBA Progress error after that stoping was not possible. After a restart recording was not possible "No Src" and "codec errors" appears on the display. Do we have a faulty unit? It is still in warranty. Thank you. |

Re: LBA progress error / codec errors
Hello Hanno,
Were you recording QT, MXF, or MPG? Did you receive LBA progress error or codec errors while recording but the src was lost? Also after updating did you perform a Restore Defaults? (this is found under System>Restore Defaults) Feel Free to contact us Directly by Email, cdsupport"at"convergent-design.com or call us at 720-221-3861, So we can help you troubleshoot your unit. Best Regards
