Internal TC
When TC is set to internal.TC can be set to originate from the Nano.. with record set to Record button(on nano).. can TC only be Rec Run.. I see no way to set it to say Free run for example..
Or can the Nano be set to embedded TC,the camera set to free run.. but still record to Nano from Record button (on Nano)? ie no camera tape/card/disc Thanks |

Internal Time code nanoFLash
Hello Robin,
To Answer your Question's about Time code, Yes the nanoFlash can be set for internal Time code, where that is where the Time code will originate from, with this set you have two option's, Seed, Time of Day, With Seed It is much like your camera 00:00:00:00, you set the start point, and it works much like a record run setup. With Time of Day Time, your time code is derived from the internal clock, therefore it is constantly running like free run. Also The nanoFlash can be set for Embedded, LTC, or Jam Sync, and the camera set for free run, and when ever you trigger the nano via Record button, or Remote, that is when the nano will start recording, with the time code reflecting the current time on the camera, with or without a tape present in the camera. Hope that Helps
