Dear Robin,
I am not certain what issue you are referring to. Do you mean timecode problems due to the HDX900 putting out inappropriate timecode values just prior to starting to record? If so, no, these features will be available in new nanoFlash firmware, due out soon. If you need this feature immediately, please send me an email.

Back in June a few HDX900 users were having trouble with "intermittent source" from camera to Nano.. esp in 720p.. Ive only used 1080 so far.. but have a 720 shoot..

Dear Robin,
Our firmware 1.6.29 is very solid. I do not remember any reports of "Intermittent Source" occurring with 1.6.29 that were not actual problems such as one turning off the camera while recording or a less than adequate HD-SDI cable. But, as always, I recommend that you just setup your camera and nanoFlash and run you own test.

If we do show an "Intermittent Source" message for whatever reason, it will continue to flash until you turn off the nanoFlash. We do this to ensure that any high intermittent HD-SDI cable or other problem is actually brought to your attention.
