Playing XDVE .mov files on a PC
I downloaded the sample .mov files from the Convergent Design web site. I cannot play any of the files on my PC s. What is the XDVE codec I will need to play them.

Dear Maheel,
As a general rule, but there are exceptions, one would want to use our "MXF" files, instead of "MOV" files for use on a PC. On our website, you have your choice of downloading MOV or MXF files. What Non-Linear Editor are you using?

Dear Maheel,
Yes, the "MXF" filles will work better in Edius.
