Green screen iframe or LONG GOP

Any particular advantage to shoot iframe or long Gop for Green screen.. 50 Mbps or 100Mbps QT for FCP editing..

Dear Robin,

At 50 Mbps, shoot Long-GOP (this is the only option for 50 Mbps).

At 100 Mbps, I prefer Long-GOP.

At 140 Mbps or higher, I prefer I-Frame Only.

If using Avid use I-Frame Only at 80 Mbps or above.
