PDW-U1 Snow Leopard Patch A near reality...
Read on another forum that someone called Sony Tech support and they gave them a FTP to get the file and they were told it would be released "soon". Whether that is soon as we understand the word, of the Sony interpretation is anyone's guess....

Inscrutable Sony
Here in Hawaii, we are blessed with having one of the three Sony Broadcast operations in the entire US. Each year at NAB, they would host a dinner for all the Hawaii video folks in Vegas. BUt it wasn't entirely free: a key part of the festivities would be the most gawd-awful sales pitch/overhead projector presentation of the new Sony products. And each year, we'd get the same answers:
When will it be available: "soon." What will be the price: "reasonable!" Jeff |

That would be great to be able to write back but before this happens what about the ability to just capture from my Sony PDW F350 on Snow Leopard.
I have a new Mac Pro with SL but can't capture until Sony introduce the Fam tool. Ahhhhhh Cheers |
