Down load to HDD/back up
Hi there
Just wondering how people are doing this... From CF reader 800 FW/or USB.. to hard drive.. and to a back up hard drive.. no editing involved.. one HDD being given to director end of shoot.. Thanks |

I do simply like this: CF USB reader -> copy to MacBook Pro internal 500GB HDD and then through Firewire 800 -> copy to a back up external 500GB HDD.
Some use softwares like ShotUp Pro which is supposed to be a safer way to proceed, but I don't know if it's really worth the cost (I'm sure I'll change my mind the day I have corrupted files!)
