Dear Dan,
You guys at CD are amazing you listen customer’s suggestions and implement changes very quickly. Now given us the 80Mbps record rate which extends the 32gb cards nicely including a whole host of other features and now profiles. You are really showing Apple and Sony how to keep customers happy.

And the nomination for best customer service goes to Convergent Designs.
