Sony L battery adapter for nano?
Dan or Mike,
A while back you guys mentioned that you were working on an adapter to use Sony L batteries, like the NP970, with the nano. Did that ever come to be? I can find adapters from Nebtek & Ikan that could be modified with Hirose connectors but they convert to 12v... which seems unnecessary. Does this exist? How long do you think a NP970 would last with the nano? Thanks!

Bob, we make a Sony EX version of the adapter that you need. But we can easily use the L plate instead of the standard BP-UXX style plate to power the Nano. Contact me directly if you need it.

Hey Alex,
Does your adapter convert to 12v or does it keep things at 7.2v? Any advantage either way? (I have been thinking that the lower voltage would be more efficient.) Can you also put the Hirose connector on it? Thanks!
