NanoFlash and Sony EX Clip Browser V2.6
Hello Dan,
I have just viewed the features of the new Sony EX Clip Browser V2.6 which now has the ability to remove the half frame rolling shutter effect caused by flash guns going off while shooting on EX cameras. I shot a stage sequence last weekend and suffered this effect with stage strobe lights. Would it be possible to get the NanoFlash files into the Sony EX Clip Browser V2.6 to take advantage of the correction software. Many Thanks |

Dear Lance,
As soon as our testing is complete, we will be releasing our next firmware, which has support for Sony Optical Disk format for our MXF files. I think we should run a test as soon as we have the release out. If one alread has the Sony EX Clip Browser 2.6, one could download our test file and test it. http://www.dvinfo.net/forum/converge...st-sample.html

Dan,
I could not seem to recognize it in Clip Browser 2.6 It does, however, open in the current version of XDCAM Transfer. Ned Soltz |

Dear Ned,
Thank you. As this is new, we have not tested, in our lab, our Sony Optical Disk format, in Clip Bowser 2.6 at this time.

NanoFlash and Sony EX Clip Browser V2.6
I had download and test the Clip Browser V2.6 yesterday.
The Flash band Correction can't work well. Most Flash band can't detected by software. NanoFalsh's file in mov can't be input by Clip Browser V2.6. Waiting.... |

I doubt it can be made to work. Clip Browser only works with EX MP4's and flash band correction only works on rushes direct from the camera, it won't work with edited or exported MP4's

Hello Alister I was not aware that flash band correction only works on rushes direct from the camera on SxS media. In that case would fash band correction work on MxM and other SD cards adaptors?
