Premiere Pro Support
In my recent quest to see if After Effects was supported, I came across Calibrated XD's quicktime decoding software. I downloaded some QT files from C-D's site, and they not only work in AE CS4, but ALSO Premiere CS4 with the Calibrated XD software installed. (on Vista x64)
Am I missing something because many people have been asking about PPro support and C-D's people keep saying to wait for MainConcept's plug-in, but this simple and CHEAP ($80) CalibratedXD software works. Because the Nanoflash/XDR allow recording to QT/.mov, no one needs to wait for the expensive MainConcept plug-in. Right? |

For working with the MFX files you don't need any software. Just update CS3. Yesterday I've passed a bunch of MXF files to a friend who owns CS3. All the files worked fine. The files were originally EX-1 and NANO files that I re-wrapped with the CD File Converter. rafael |
