Is 10-bit a possibility down the track?
Definitely looking at getting a Nanoflash, even if we use it initially on our SDX900 DVCPRO50 camcorder. Is a 10-bit recording unit something that is being considered/developed in the future? I wouldn't think the data rate would be affected but there would be a ramp-up in processor cost I'd imagine.

Dear Peter,
Acquisition of 10-Bit by the nanoFlash is not something we have promised. No, we do not see this in nanoFlash's future. It takes a different design, or an increase in the speed of CompactFlash cards for us to implement full uncompressed 10-bit in the nanoFlash.
