playback of Cineform Intermediate??
I think I know the answer but would like to make sure....
using HDlink, going from M2t to Cineform intermediate AVI... can I view the intermediate AVI in a player??? Also, I have yet to actually have Cineform go from the intermediate AVI back to an M2T file on hard drive... and I have followed the directions for Premiere... any trick I don't know about.. |

You either need a powerful computer, or load up the Accelerated .regs that Cineform give you.
I use Windows Media Classic... VLC doesn't seem to play CFHD avis. |

The 4:2:2 CineForm AVI will play on any computer purchased in the last couple of years. For early hardware, like Douglas has suggested, we have a few tricks.

No Vista for me... my CFHD in full Res play perfectly in Media Player Classic on my AMD X2 3800+, which you can pick up pretty cheap these days.
Just make sure you've got 2+GB RAM and reasonably fast, defragged drives. |
