no preview Parhelia
Have some preview problems with my Parhelia to my HD tv.
I have got sound, but no image. After updating the Matrox drivers and installing and uninstalling the WYSIWYG plugin the problems remain. In dv projects I have got preview, no problems there. Fixed the preview in Cinefrom project by 'enable overlay surface' in the playback settings, but my system becomes unstable ['a serious error ...'] Before installing Aspect Hd in Pro 1.51 and Pro 2 I had no problems with my previews. Should it work this way or not? |

Using "enable overlay surface" is the correct setting, the Parhelia AVPe is a popular card to use with Aspect HD so that should be the issue. If you are having other issues please file a ticket at www.cineform.com/support.
