Can't Capture from H1 at DVinfo.net

First time trying Connect HD. Can't seem to get HD Link to recognize Canon XLH1. Any suggestions. Using Vegas 6.0d BTW.

Likely your Canon XLH1 is setup to convert HDV to DV over firewire. Turn that mode off (in camera) and HDLink should then see the camera. This is a common setup issue with the Canon, but it you have further trouble please ticket at www.cineform.com/support.

Thanks... actually I had my firewire cable plugged into the wrong port on my computer (SATA 1394).

All is well so far... I'm using the trial for now but will likely purchase pretty quick.
