Iridas and Cineform
How does the Iridas/Silicon Imaging anounced agreement afects Cineform?
Can we expect SpeedgradeHD compatibility? Does it already work with ProspectHD? THX DL |

We should have been included in the press release as it won't work without CineForm. :) I was the one that specified the 3D LUT characteristics that allowed SI to pick IRIDAS SpeedGrade. Other details are still under wraps.

From looking at things at the IRIDAS site, and since they don't publish prices, this sounds like a very expensive option.

But it is only an option, not required. 3D LUTs can be used and created within the CineForm RAW workflow without Speedgrade.
