No Capture
The trials of the 4.2 update experience persist.
After rolling back to Aspect 4.1.3, I now am unable to capture, either via Premiere or HD Link. The message is simply, "Recorder Captured No Frames". Premiere captures fine without Cineform parameters. Has anyone else reverted back to 4.1.3 and had this problem? Marty OnQ Film |

Marty please request the custom builds of 4.2, as we are try to determine why some PC don't work. We have a few customers trying these custom builds but not enough for fast feedback. In your support ticket ask for Tim Bucklin's test version.

Will do David.
Is the ticket system the best and fastest method to provide feedback to you guys? If I simply update to provide more information to my ticket, is that flagged and monitored by your techs? Marty OnQ Film |

Yes, the ticket system is what the support staff primarily use, and there closely monitor it. Updating your extist ticket will also have the same effect.
