Uh oh--I forgot to deactivate! at DVinfo.net

I sold my old system because my new one is on the way. I wiped the hard drives in anticipation since the chap I'm selling it to has his own copy of XP. But after reading the CineForm website, I've learned I had to deactivate that copy of ConnectHD to reinstall it on my new system!

Do you think the friendly chaps at Cineform would allow me to reactivate my copy of ConnectHD on my new system, since the old install is essentially toast? I have my serial number and old activation number...

Yes, work with support via the trouble ticket system to get a new activation.
