Building new system to work with Cineform.
Hello,
I'm currently in the process of buying a new system to edit HDV material using Cineform codec. The list of the gear I've sleected so far is the following: Motherboard: Intel D975XBX Processor: Intel Dual Core 3.4 mhz (AMD processors out of my budget) RAM: 2GB Video Card: Matrox Parhelia APVe HD: several SATA HD's that I already have. My questions: Is the dual core 3.4 processor capable of delivering real time playback from the timeline in Adobe Premiere or Vegas, maybe even with some simple effects? Will the video card playback in realtime the cineform files from Premiere or Vegas timeline to a Dell UltraSharp 2405FPW via DVI? Thanks for your time.

That PC with Aspect HD and Premiere Pro 2.0 will do very nicely.
