Export to Quicktime
I did a search on this forum, but I connot find the answer.
Has anyone luck in exporting an PPro Cineform AVI to Quicktime? When I export from within PPro 1.5.1 to Quicktime. It renders (for hours), no error. But the result is an unreadable file from 1kbyte. I bought the Quicktime 7 PRO, tried again from PPro. Same result. Sorensen or H.264 codec I tried from within Quicktime Pro, but it doesn't understand the Cineform AVI when I import... So I'm stuck now. Any help or suggestions? |

To add to the list of quicktime failures, I also cannot get Sorenson Squeeze 4.0 to read a cineform avi file. The program crashes every time.

Try After Effects, its quicktime export works fine. I haven't tried from Premiere Pro recently.

Unfortunally I don't have After Effects to try it out.
I'm gonna try if the external Quicktime Pro can read HD-WMV instead as a temporally workaround. But even then it will become a conversion from a conversion which I want to avoid. |
