Twixtor + Cineform = smooth sloooow Motion (anything slower than 50%) at DVinfo.net

I noticed something last night, when doing 50%, 10% (even numbers as far as I can tell) slowdown everything looks really smooth with the settings I described in the previous post (Twixtor + Cineform = smooth sloooow Motion) , but any odd percentage (say 25 or 33%) it would be choppy,sooooooooo, just for kicks, I changed the interpret footage to "upper fields" and then the twixtor plugin to "no fields" and it seems to be just as smooth as the 50% slowdown footage looked, can anyone check this out to verify it?
