Can't make Cineform 1080p preset in Adobe Media Encoder CS6

I'm using up to date Adobe CS6 and Cineform Studio Premium 2.0.1.319, and can export 1080p Cineform from Premiere Pro CS6 timeline just fine. I can also select the Cineform 1080p (standard on my system) from the Queue panel in Media Encoder and export properly from there.

However, if I try to add Cineform as a preset in Media Encoder, in only allows 720p, and if I try to modify it to 1080p I can't keep the correct 1920x1080p scaling. It is set to square pixels, and everything else seems OK, but I can't figure out how to set the preset in Media Encoder.
