cineform still in people's workflow?
long time cineform studio premium user. just got a bmpc 4k. shooting raw with it and trying to determine my new workflow. always shot everything, converted to cineform files, edited in pp and ae (cc) and was happy with life.
now adding 4k and resolve 11 to my workflow. I have a mean windows machine with big raid throughput. where does cineform fit into this these days? TIA |

Re: cineform still in people's workflow?
I am still using Cineform converting my GoPro files before editing and I always use Cineform as master before converting to other formats...

Re: cineform still in people's workflow?
I assume you are talking about RAW workflow. Video is video, 4k or not, and Cineform still has you covered there as before.
For RAW workflow from the camera, Cineform does have a RAW workflow that may work for you. You might need a third party utility to convert DNG files to Cineform RAW format. Here is such a utility. RAW 4 PRO |
