Any plans for Secondary CC - Masks ?
David ? Anyone from CF ?
I would love to have Masks and be able to do secondary CC inside GP Studio. I can use Resolve lite for this but this involves rendering out, and not using transitions.. With Secondary CC, CF becomes a complete kickass CC package. Can't be that hard, can it ?

Re: Any plans for Secondary CC - Masks ?
I agree, extending cineform's cc/finishing capabilities would make for a really nice workflow. I have tried speedgrade cs6 (currently problematic, but has potential) and resolve (great power tool), but it is so much faster/responsive to just use firstlight + metadata that I tend not to bother with the others.
As a stopgap, you can do secondary corrections in speedgrade and then just export a .LOOK file that you then apply to your cineform clip. If gopro/cineform software could read the complete geometry/masking information from the .LOOK files (I think the data is there), then you could apply all of speedgrade's tools to cineform clips without rendering. Interesting. So you use masks and keyframes in speedgrade and then CF reads them..
Can someone from CF respond to see if this would work ?
