Panasonic 3DA1 conversion to MOV at DVinfo.net

Would anyone care to give me instructions on how to mux 3DA1 L/R footage to Cineform in GoPro Studio Premium? I can do it in Firstlight, but it's slow and I'm hoping the new software would be faster. Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be any pages about this on the support site except the one outlining the old Neo3D/Firstlight version - which is what I am doing now.

It would be REAL NICE if a comprehensive manual would be available for this new version Cineform software - I mean for a $1000 package this is inexcusable (my rant).
