Studio Premium?
Just wanted to check on this. Shooting with DSLR's and was using NeoScene, but would like to upgrade to something that will uprez and convert to 4:2:2 or 4:4:4. I thought that Premium did this and downloaded the trial, but I don't see this anywhere in the settings. Also, can any of the Cineform products uprez to 2k, 3k, 4k?
Thanks. |

Re: Studio Premium?
All our tools convert 4:2:0 to 4:2:2, there is no advantage to convert to 4:4:4 as we do the processing in the decoder (set Filter 4:2:2 to 4:4:4 in the status viewer decoder settings -- 'C' icon in your system tray.)
Up scaling to 4K is not a function of our tools, although you can used third party up-scalers and encode to CineForm using a CineForm Studio Premium licensing (unlimited resolution and color space.)

Re: Studio Premium?
Thank you for your help with this. Will I be able to render/export the cineform codec from Vegas Pro 11 and Adobe PP CS5.5 with a licensed CFS Preminum?
