Getting the same error on my Neo install as well, tried redownloading from Email Link and reinstalling ...Installs normally but it errors each time I open it and try to convert footage from my NX5U, reverted back to older build 5.5.4.332 and it works perfectly, not sure what the problem is.....does the same on my Laptop as well, new version errors while previous one works perfectly....Running Windowa 7 Ultimate 64bit

Browse to c:\program files (x86)\common files\cineform\
then double click on the file called 'mc_demux_mp2_ds.ax'. If windows asks you how to open the file, browse to c:\windows\system32\ and select 'regsvr32.exe'. then try Converting the file again and let me know if it still doesn't work. |
