Mixing AVCHD and HDV: Which product do I need?

Soon I will have footage from two cameras:

GH2 - AVCHD - and I will shoot in 1080x720 60p or 1920x1080 24p

FX1000 - HDV - 1440x1080 30p or 1440x1080 24p in 60i wrapper

I have downloaded NeoScene trial and shot footage with both cameras in 24p and let NS unwrap the FX footage but looks like one of the problems might be the difference in pixel aspect ratio HDV 1.333 - AVCHD 1.000 square.

I would appreciate opinions on whether NeoScene will work and the best workflow to edit these two formats in one Vegas 10 project.

Thanks
Tim
