Anyone with a report yet? Did we break anything?

Installed and basic functions all OK. Haven't had a chance to try anything more challenging (Neo)

Is it possible to convert Red Epic 5K R3D files to 1080?

Neo and Neo3D have a shell tool for R3D conversions that can scale to any size.

I can confirm that this seems to work now (finally got around to testing it, albeit briefly, last night). Thanks Cineform for fixing this annoying bug in Neo. |

David.
Sorry the feedback is so long to come. I tried this new build and it has fixed my proxy problem it seems. I had been putting it off until another project was complete however was forced to re-install PP5 and Neo when Windows 7 lay down and I had to chase an old restore point which dumped my updates. |

re: New Windows betas for NeoScene, Neo & Neo3D: Build 5.5.4.332, released 12-August-2011
I have revised the Neo3D and Neo links above, the files have the same name as before with a few subtle changes. The build had DPX2CF, CF2DPX & R2CF component that where requesting a library that many users didn't have. There is a tiny patch to CStyle curves, fixing a Saturation bug. NeoScene is unchanged, as CStyle is for FirstLight users and it doesn't have DPX and R3D tools.

Thank you for this updated update of Neo.
I was trying to batch convert RED files and suddenly couldn't do it anymore. For a few painful days I thought it was on my side, doing something wrong but couldn't tell what it was. But now it's working again. Cheers Peter |

hm, yes you're right. I just tried to edit one of my post's subject lines. Must have that feature locked out on this forum.
Well, for future, whenever a new build is released, can you make a new post, with build number and release date on it (and if you update that release, start a new thread?) Much appreciated and you'll probably get quicker feedback from people who may not have realized that the build was updated buried in a previous thread. cheers, |
